Working on a series of paintings and drawings. After several attempts I'm starting to see them get somewhere. I see them as landscapes of emotion; occurring at once, being expressed at once. Simultaneity. Thoughts are one and then the next. Feelings are layered.

Taiwan...not so bad after all. I got a full night's rest. I've got two kilns going. I have either destroyed them and everything in them, or I've made my best work. (Ching Yuan won't read this, right?) And I'm drawing cancer on accidental ashtrays. How much better can a Monday be?
